  Extremely helpful in explaining EVERY QUESTION I had being a first time home buyer and know nothing about the home buying and financing world. Sean and his team were right there with either a quick email response or phone call to help explain what was happening and going on since my situation was not a normal kind of purchase.   We had to do this transaction remotely from across the country, which I thought would make things difficult. But out of the 4 real estate transactions we've done in the last two years, this was the smoothest of all by far. Sean was knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I typically am hesitant to provide recommendations for this type of service because everyone is different, has different needs.
