  I’ve seen employees come and go but Al and Ron are still doing a great job with their customer service and treating customers with respect. Ron is the only jeweler I trust to fix my jewelry and has been since 1998 that’s how long I’ve been coming to this Pawn Shop. I am one Happy Customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Time wasters. They messaged ME! Asked me to come in so they could look over a designer bag that I honestly just want to get rid of. Guy made me an offer then changed his mind said he doesn’t want it. I drove 40 minutes in traffic to come here. It’s astonishing that they’re open with the type of customer service I received. They’re rude one employee scoffed when I said I brought a handbag. They have no business serving the public. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

  I don't usually speak out in these types of form, but I've been buying from this shop for almost 10 years now, and the customer service, ethical pricing of their jewelry, and layaway plans blows my head off. Where they can cheat you over 10kt or 18kt, they never do. This is one pawn shop that knows you are a customer and treats you right. I just wanna say thank you to Patty, you have contributed to my gold collection over and over again and I've never been dissatisfied in your company thank you.

  The only pawn shop I go to when I need some quick cash. The staff there is so nice and respectful. I have been a customer for years and I have never had any issues with anyone there, I also buy jewelry and electronics here I get great prices and they have a layaway that works great for me. Only pawn shop I trust!

  Best customer service by far fair prices great place to buy tv's and jewelry for sure ,you will get a fair price for your pawns they will definitely help you just don't waste their time with junk bring them something worth value and you will taken care of . Did I mention the smart tv's .......
