RUN FROM THIS LENDER.. biggest scumbag there is. Had him close on Rehab 3 deals for me we closed on all 3 properties he has yet to pay the draws over a month now.. it's a 3 day process. He doesn't pick up is phone and never responds to text. Take this for what it is this guy is terrible and deserves to be out of business.
