      I opened an account and waited for almost two weeks for a Debit Card to be mailed. I had to go back to the bank a request they issue me a card on the spot. And, the wait time was forever each time and it was absolutely no other customers in the bank. And, to this day I still have not recieved any statements from the bank in the mail. I am not sure I made a wise choice by patronizing this bank.

      I called in expecting to find an option to hear what banking Hours were, now that the bank is open more than 3 days per week: 9-3 or 9-4 on Thurs.? because I just had Surgery & needed my Daughter to make a deposit tomorrow. U have removed that info from your recording. This isannoying & inconvenient. I went to yr website & it's not there either. Please re post your Harlem branch biz hrs.
