Anthony Gonzalez1The slowest Wells Fargo I’ve ever experienced! Been here twice, both times have been my slowest experience of all banks (I bank with four). And both times Management had to approve me getting MY money smh. From what I experienced it seems anything over $1000 has to be verified!

Toy Lundy1This is THE slowest Wells Fargo that I have ever been to. If they are open and working there is always a line out the door. I once showed up and they directed me to the bank across town like I have all the time in the world. I try to avoid it as much as possible but there aren’t that many Wells Fargo branches.

E Snow1I was genuinely disappointed with the customer service experience at Wells Fargo - 143 Lenox. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have visited many locations in various states. I am not one to exert energy in writing a review (especially if it's negative), and in fact, this is my first. The Lenox location was highly unprofessional and did not represent the values of Wells Fargo. I ignored the negative online reviews only to have a similar experience. I strongly urge you to visit another branch and hope that Wells Fargo Headquarters fully assess this location. ~E

ife oko2terrible customer service and the cashier stole my $10 I gave her to deposit into my existing account while she was transferring money from my previous account. In five years dealing with Wellsfargo in 4 other states this had never happened to me in any of those states. And instead of them to check their security cameras to confirm my complaint, they told me to wait until the cashier counts her money for them to call me back. mind you I never got a call back not even so much as a call back to say that they are sorry for messing with my money even after they realized that the teller made that mistake. How inadequate very unprofessional environment unlike I have ever seen.

brian longo1The "Personal Bankers" offer services that is less that personal and treat their customers like numbers instead of clients. The tellers are incompetent and rude at best, if not purposely curt and unhelpful. If this wasn't the only Wells Fargo branch in the area I'd never visit again. I'm not sure what, if anything, Wells Fargo plans on doing but it is obvious that this branch is in dire need of client relations training.

Jose Rodriguez1Tim Naftali is the senior business banking specialist at this location. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO HIM. Went in for a loan and he said he would contact us the next day as to the status of our business loan. He didnt call us but we figured maybe he hadnt heard anything yet so we waited. We initially went in on Thursday, as of Monday he still didnt give us a call so we called the number he gave us as his direct line and the bank, neither call was answered. AGAIN we give Tim the benefit of the doubt and say hey maybe hes off, let try him tomorrow. We call the next day which is now Tuesday, again no answer from Tim or the bank and we have yet to receive a call back at this point even after leaving Tim a voicemail. It is now Wednesday! 6 days after we applied for the loan and we call customer service to get the status of our loan and find out Tim had a response about our loan THE SAME DAY WE APPLIED and never told us anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If this is how they treat small business customers I can only imagine how they treat their non business customers.

Ayinde Castro5I have to give WF 117th St 5 OG stars! Why? Is the service always good, awesome, great? Yes. Is the attitude of the employees always fair, good, amazing? Yes. Do I always have a great experience? No. My bad experiences have more to do with rude customers whom damage the atmosphere than anything else. If you want great service be a good person, not a piece of ****! My only minor irritation is that I hear a lot of chatter and joking among employees. Take care of your guests, no one should be within ear shot of your new boo or hair weave. :)
