Mary Norris5I live nearby so I have been banking here for many years. I have good experiences, whether getting a credit card, tending my accounts, transferring a car loan here, getting a line of credit, whatever. I don't remember the tellers, so they probably don't remember me, but that doesn't insult me. The new security system on the doors buffaloed me for a while, but tellers use the intercom to give directions. The bank managers over the years have been pleasant to deal with, including Mr. Bible, the current one. He knows his business, doesn't waste time but takes the time to explain situations, is businesslike but not standoffish. Everyone I deal with is friendly, including at the drive-through. Indoors, when I am waiting behind the velvet rope, the next available teller always waves the next customer forward. I have never seen anyone get poor service nor be upset by bank personnel. I don't know how they could do any better, really. It's a good place.

Maggie Carlton5I originally had a 1 star review here but am happy to change it to 5. Michael M. and the rest of the staff at the credit union have done great accommodating me and my University's strict demands to filling out an I-9 in a pandemic. With university's staff home, the list I was given of acceptable I-9 representatives were all discarded. The staff were great in handling everything and soooo friendly. I still have my concerns about the loan process because of the miscommunication 1.5 years ago but I hope they have resolved telling people which loan number is a preapproval vs. approved. I would hate for anyone to have a shock of a loan amount decreasing after signing all paperwork and driving off the lot like I did. I had enough to cover the decrease, thankfully.

Adrian K1Eh this place is ok. I occasionally have to come here because my name is on a family members account. It’s not my usual bank so their forms aren’t too familiar. I asked for help at the counter on my last visit and though it was provided, I could feel the condescension in the air. Lady isn’t it your job to help people? I guess if you’re on a first name basis they’re cool. Otherwise not? I’ll stick to Chase. They may not know my name, but I always feel welcome there. Nobody even looked at me when I walked into this place. I was clearly looking around trying to find something. I looked to the counter and they seemed to be avoiding my gaze until I walked right up to the little old lady. Overall strange experience. I will see if I can get the family member to switch banks. I don’t enjoy coming here

Sara Justus1Hours keep getting slimmer and slimmer...9 am to 4 PM in a location that is surrounded by office workers likely working the 9 to 5 shift? Not helpful. It's such a hassle to switch banks but IMCU is regularly behind on the times...the app is super old school, it takes 3 days for a check that is mobile deposited to have full funds become available (with Chase, it's available instantly) just overall NOT an intuitive mindset for most customers.
