      This bank has literally helped me when I was at my lowest when most banks don't even give you their personal number to the building. I love the workers, the service I get is always outstanding, ive been through a few banks and don't want to imagine not having them!! Highly recommended!

      Hubby and I were purchasing a truck from a local dealer and when loan rates came back from our current credit union at 4% higher than Indiana Heartland we absolutely went with Indiana Heartland. Not only did they offer a MUCH lower rate on the truck, we refinanced our car at a MUCH lower rate and moved over an unsecured loan for a MUCH lower rate. My husband and I felt as if the other credit union slapped us in the face, our credit was NOT the problem! We are so happy to have switched and are saving so much money on interest. We have been treated as if we are the only members, we are treated as family. We highly recommend this credit union! Thank you Indiana Heartland!

      I have banked with Heartland for many years now. It is nice to see them grow and get a new building. However, the friendliness of the staff has decreased dramatically over the years. If I could talk my husband into going thru the hassle of switching all our direct deposits we would definitely find a bank/credit union that valued and appreciated our business.

      Heard good things about this place so I decided to get account with them after being with them some time I decided to try and get a car loan was denied was told job history was a problem and a few other things needless to say I know some one personally who only had a job for 4 months and was able to get a loan reconsidering having a account with them
