  Very rude staff. We are workers too. We don’t need to be talked down to. Teach your staff how to treat customers. They aren’t any better than us! Drive thru needs better service for sure. Very rude!

  The tellers are very rude. I saw one teller being rude and condescending to a woman exchanging change. They were also rude to me and begrudgingly gave me the bills I needed. Me and the other customer are hispanic but I can't say anything definitively about that. Also the guard sitting in a office watching videos on his phone. Not very reassuring.

  Horrible experience with PNC. They will not cash checks for a business to ensure the funds are truly available from a customer without charging you 2% of the check total. Worthless bank. Glad I don’t bank with them. Horrible company all around that does something like that.

  Friendly and helpful employees. Clean building. ATM isn't convenient. I in the lobby and parking is akward.
