  Maria and Kathy had exceptional customer service i was running behind because i work on the other side of town which independent bank does not have a location. They made an exception for my needs and did it with a smile . Definitely will come back to this branch because of them!

  EVERYONE at this branch is WONDERFUL. Shout out to LoQuita and Kathy, branch managers. They both are in the right profession, and I appreciate them going above and beyond. We have been with "Guaranty " since the 2000s, and they are the best weve encountered.

  I would not recommend letting this place deal with any of your financial situations they can't be doing very well for themselves if they can't even afford to tip 10% on a delivery...
