  *Reconciled* The wait time is ALWAYS extremely long. Customer service skills are horrible. No one ever says, " Hi there, we will be right with you". *UPDATE* Independent Bank has tried multiple times to connect with me to discuss this issue. I appreciate that this bank has taken the appropriate steps to change the customer experience. During a time when everyone is in a hurry, a simple, "Hello, I will be right with you," can calm a crazy impatient person right down. 😂 Lol Most importantly, us customers need to be more patient. Bottom line. We are all human. Independent Bank, you are doing a great job and thank you for reaching out to me.

  This branch has always treated me well. I've had issues with computer glitches and the women here have always fixed the issues I've had, even when Ive gone in hot headed they stay calm and patient while getting me all set up. Even bring a smile to my face to lighten my mood. Current staff should be kept for as long as possible

  Great interest rates on accounts and everyone remembers your name here! Wonderful to work with and it's nice that they have loans, mortgage options, credit cards and wealth management all in one place! Also been the same name for years!! Thanks for helping with our banking needs!

  Had an account I couldn't overdraft from. Computer glitch they say happened. Now Independent Bank wants me to pay overdraft charges that happened due to their computer malfunction. Edit: Mistakes were rectified.

  This was probably the worst service at a bank I’ve ever gotten. I just waited 30 minutes just to cash a check and 3 people were helped while I was waiting. Ridiculous!
