      Independent Bank. Told me someone was trying to withdraw money out of my account. An I don't know who did it. They said it was fraud. An I only had 9.00dollarsin my account and 1.00 dollar in . So what I want to know what do I owe back.

      I liked them for the first few months, last experience I had there was poor at best. Took them 5 days to open an account for my wife. She had to make numerous trips and spend lots of time in the building. They kept giving us inexperienced staff, and I pray they didn't mess anything up considering this was a government tax account. 2 stars because its Belding and what should I really expect out of this town?

      We had fraudulent checks cased on my account from a bank in Nigeria. We took affidavits and they were sent to independent bank for reimbursement. This is standard banking practice. Not only was Ms Carol Wakley obtuse and defiant in suggesting that this had nothing to do with them. She actually called our bank here in Ky and threatened to file harassment charges against us. BEWARE YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!!!!!!!
