  I love ISU Credit Union. I have had an account with them since 2001 and I have always received excellent customer service. I have moved out of state twice and still kept my account with them because their customer service is so good. When we moved back last year we opened an account with a bank near to our home, for convenience, and I'm now regretting that. We will soon be moving our main account to ISU Credit Union. They always answer the phone, they are always friendly at the drive-thru, and they have helped me many times with issues that have come up over the years. Keep up the great work!

  Never answer their phones i tried many attempts and waited over an hour for someone to answer the phone never did if you have any issues or concerns dont waste your time and go to the facility

  Just spent over 15 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone about a lost debit card!!!!! Looks like I will be moving my money elsewhere and not recommending this establishment to anyone in the future.
