Pam4I have been a customer for many years and they have always been friendly. Hold time can be long but I mostly use online service, which I never have problems using. I would give five stars but not a fan of whatever changes they are making at the bank lobby where you get someone using a laptop at the center counter.

Alban Reid5Friendly, helpful tellers who are knowledgeable. Wanted to open savings account for my granddaughters and they suggested we do the saver account instead of a standard account because it pays better interest. Appreciated that suggestion

JoDee Stoneking3We usually get great service but the ATM is a different story. We drive 15 minutes to deposit checks through the ATM and it never seems to accept a deposit.

Family Noobs5Never had any issues like others do. App always works, wait time to talk to someone on phone is usually less than 5 mins, tellers are nice, lines are short. I prefer this location more than all the others.

Bob Ross1Been On hold for over an hour (2 episodes of hoise of cards) and the live update is not busy so instead of twiddling your thumbs id like to for someone to pick up for what is literally going to take 30 seconds great job IH

Megan Dorsey1People are mostly nice, but bank in general has issues. The banking app freezes/won’t load often. Twice I have been unable to access my money at all because of technical issues. The ATMs work only half the time, if you're lucky!

Tye Gordon4I'm honestly on hold while writing this. I've been waiting for like 10 minutes this call and it's like the 4th time I tried calling! only reason this gets 3 stars is because the holding jazz music kinda slaps. EDIT: They finally answered and I bumped it up to 4 stars because she was super kind and helpful and reimbursed me for some issues I was having with insurance!

Christopher L. Chenoweth1I have been paying on time for two loans . paying off two accounts.yet because of credit games it makes no difference. I'm very unhappy. Had credit card with them yet they denied me a new card after I payed it off. Makes no sense!

Liz Hazen1If you are wanting to call to get your questions asked just be prepared to wait 30-40mins. Once you're on the phone it's fine but the wait time is ridiculous. It makes everything so much more difficult than need be.
