  I initially found Hope McDonnell online through one of the real estate listing sites. At first I was skeptical about using someone "from the internet". She gave all her information to validate her legitimacy and reassure me it was safe. I have used her for 2 transactions both times she was professional and efficient, streamlining all the required documentation.
