  I have bought a few houses with this broker and he can be literally within $100 dollars of your mortgage off the top of his head without typing in numbers. He knows his stuff so I would highly recommend this company for any mortgage or refi.

  I had a great experience working with Chris Nicholson at IFC! He contacted me to let me know that the VA rates were dropping. I had refinanced with him in 2017 to move my 2 ARMs to a fixed VA, which saved me at the time. He told me that it would be a good time to refi because the rates had dropped below 4%. After he ran my credit I had tons of brokers calling me and one promised that she could get me to 3%. I let Chris know and he went the extra mile to match the rate for me, when basically everyone else said it couldn’t be done. Well he did it, he walked me through the process and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Chris and IFC!
