  My husband and I recently refinanced our home, after receiving some letters and a recommendation from a friend, we knew iDirect was the place for us! Extremely attentive, responsive, easy to speak with and kind! We were nervous about discussing many details over the phone, as we are a younger couple and this was all knew to us, but Loan Officer Logan Fetzner invited us to their office where he broke everything down for us and introduced us to their Knoxville Team, Matt Larsen and Aaron Harris, who were so kind and informative! I would recommend this family owned and operated company to ANYONE! Fantastic!

  We recently refinanced our mortgage with iDirect out of Knoxville. The Loan Officer we worked with was Logan Fetzner and our processor was Matt Larsen. Both of these gentlemen were great to work with. Great communication, very helpful when we had questions along the way and SUPER fast closing times. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market.

  Company failed to call back in regards to refinance after running my credit. I sent a email and crickets. Don’t waste your time responding to the letters they mail. Logan was the finance guy he never replied to my emails

  Incredibly helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently! I recommend using this company if you want someone who is dedicated to the customer. I highly recommend Logan Fetzner as the loan officer.
