  I heard their radio ad and was delighted I went; it was one of the greatest car-buying experiences I've ever had. Their sales representative was outstanding, never coming across as a used car salesman or pushy. Genuinely kind and helpful. It was a frustrating experience having to replace a car I adored due to an electrical problem that rendered the vehicle unusable. Five minutes with their sales guy put my worries at rest, and the procedure was generally smooth and easy. I wholeheartedly endorse their expertise and quality.   I came to Ideal Used Cars and Truck Center after searching all around for a vehicle, and it did not disappoint!! Our salesperson was really helpful, kind, and communicative. Because we already knew which automobile we wanted, the whole procedure went quite quickly. Their whole crew was also really courteous and nice.   The salesmen that assisted me were all fantastic! They were all really knowledgable and helpful. I got a beautiful automobile that I adore! I'm delighted with my buy.   I was quite pleased with the service they offered. My salesman was fantastic, and he was extremely pleasant and informative about the vehicle's history. I bought the car and discovered an issue with it a few days later. I phoned My sales Rep  and he was on it straight away and got it rectified. Even earlier in the morning, the manager came in to greet me and drop me off at work. Ideal Used Cars and Truck Center is where I recommend visiting.
