  Nate has always gone above and beyond for my clients and my team. He does not just do mortgages, he truly cares for each and every one of his clients and makes the process as smooth and stress free as possible. My last transaction with Nate, my buyer's current lender was not able to get her financed, I recommended Nate and he had us closed in 2 WEEKS!   Nate handled everything and made sure it was clear what he needed from me to make the process go as smooth as possible. I was able to submit pretty much everything online and through email so it kept me from making multiple trips to his office. Nate was great at explaining things to me when I had questions. It was my first time buying a home and everyone was really nice in his office and made me feel confident and comfortable.

  What a time to be buying a house 😅. We put offers on multiple houses and after our 6th offer we finally got a house. Nate was so helpful every time I needed to put together a new offer to run numbers for me - taxes, house payment etc, he was available! Most banks would not have been this helpful, or available when we needed - as the market (currently) moves fast!
