  I’ve banked with ICCU for many years now and they have Always been great to work with! Greenhurst branch is my favorite (we moved) and I still make the drive to this branch when ever I need something done in the branch and today again they’ve shown me they always put their customers needs first, Danita (hope I got that right) went the extra mile to help me out! I appreciate you! Thank you!

  Though I usually go to the Downtown Nampa location where I know I always get great service ICCU has proven that I can expect the same level of service at all their locations.

  ICCU came through for me when I needed a reliable bank that didn't charge exorbitant fees. Ive done debt consolidation, auto loans, credit card, savings and checking with them, have been satisfied every step of the way. I no longer live in Idaho but Ill keep my ICCU account as long as I can. With the pandemic hitting, they put in video banking services, I have used that too and it works great. If you are thinking of banking somewhere, choose ICCU. seriously.

  Best bank in town. I can call on the phone and make payments. They financed my camper no problem. They switched me to their credit card with 1/2 the intrest rate of a regular credit card. The staff is friendly and helpful. And they give you tips on how to save money.

  Very lil professional and no confidential at the teller is very loud about what u do at the teller not like other bank where they are somewhat discreet. But they are friendly. . I just wish they were little more quiet about my transactions.

  VERY RUDE AND NO UNDERSTANDING!!!! I purchased a business vehicle and all my payments were on time. I called for a payoff and paid it off. The payoff was wrong and I had to go to the VA for surgery. They refused to let me make the $260 difference with my debit card over the phone. Once I was discharged they finally let me use my debit card and reported me 30 days late on my credit report. They refuse to remove it and just do not care, so why work with them. I have referred many people to them for pre-approvals and that stops now!!! Find an understanding and pro veteran credit union!

  Customer service is always great! Lack of professionalism in the presentation details is my only gripe about ICCU-specifically dress code and the lack of organization behind the counters. I realize this is probably a company wide policy but the range of professionally dressed employees to those in grubby t shirts throws me off. When I am at the counter I often see cans of sofa or beverages from take out lunches scattered across the back line. When you compare these things against the tie and jacket appearance at many other corporate banks it feels like a step down when you’re at ICCU.

  Good area for an atm. Plenty of space to wait if need be and it doesn't shoot you directly on to a street you can't turn on due to traffic when you're done. It is out dated though (although they told me in 2012 they should be getting New ones installed.) If you deposit you need envelopes and I feel its a little hard to reach from a car.

  I would give negative stars if possible. Jennifer in the bank off greenhurst was the least bit helpful. She didnt know what she was doing and apparently closed out one of my accounts without telling me so a new one was created and it showed up on my credit that I closed an account which made my credit score go from 731 to 699... I have never been so disgusted which any service received from a bank before. She obviously needs more training or to be fired.
