  ICON funded one of my past projects based out of NY. When they say quick close, they mean it. I brought this specific project to ICON after numerous hard money lenders told me it just wasn't possible to fund. Marc, the principal, and Paul V, my loan originator, made it certain my project would be funded & closed, fast! Anytime I had a question or concern, I called and ICON would answer. No matter the time or day. The creative minds and work ethic at ICON Realty Capital is the reason I will be bringing all my projects, and recommending deals to them.   10/10 Would recommend ICON Realty Capital to friends and clients. They funded a ground up construction project that the competitors denied. Not only making the "impossible" happen, they closed before my suggested closing date! Awesome team they have.

  I called ICON with a last minute situation. Previous lender promised to closed and backed out day before closing. ICON worked 18 hours to close my transaction and I did not lose my deposit. I will be working with ICON in the future.
