  I would give them 0 stars if I could. Originally loved them. Thought they were super nice and caring. Now I realize they just wanted to sell this house quickly cause it’s in awful condition. Do not let them find an inspector for you. Check the square footage they have listed. Check the description listed (mine was listed at 3/2 but it’s really a 2/1). They also agreed to fix the porch on this house and a few days before I signed, said the people they hired “ran off with their check” which is an absolute lie and the porch had termites. I just finished tearing it down. I would avoid doing business with them if at all possible.
