  I’ve had the opportunity to be in the market to shop for a car multiple times and I am quite picky with what I like and can maybe be a little bit much when it comes to making sure I’m getting what I want. Especially in this car market right now there’s not a lot of options that I can fit in and enjoy but thankfully I found the veichle I wanted and as soon as I put it my interest in it online, Ricky Nelson has been the biggest help, keeping in contact with me even with as many questions as I had.   Had not been to this dealership before. Would use them again. Their friendly sales staff took good care of us. Hard to find a car in these times but we found the perfect one here. I love my new Kona Limited in Teal Isle.

  I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Elantra in June of 2021. This review is solely based on the experience I had in the service department. It took a few days to even get ahold of them to schedule an appointment. I ended up having to call sales and have them transfer me. My gas cover fell off so I brought it up for them to look at. The technician was rude and treated me as if I was stupid. He said he would order a part to fix the gas cover and this was back in January. I still have not received a call about this part coming in and every time I reach out to the service department I get no answer and no call back from leaving a voicemail. I have opted to go to the Airport Toyota of Vandalia so I can actually get my car fixed. Terrible service.

  Do NOT bring your car here to get any repairs if you: -Expect to be treated well -Want parts that are covered under warranty for more than 1 year, and a few thousand miles. -need your/a car for work (they probably won't give you a loner or pay for your rental, I asked, and the service employee seemed unconcerned) -want affordable repairs. You will most likely have to hound them in order to get status updates on your vehicle as well. I would give zero stars if possible. This place obviously doesn't care about the customers they serve. They're only concerned with how much money they can get off of you. $900 was the cost of the LABOR for my basic brake repairs. That's ridiculous. I was planning on buying my next car here, but now I'm not even inclined to let them work on my current vehicle again. Take your business, and hard-earned money elsewhere. This place isn't worth it.

  The front end was making noise, so I had to get new rotors put on. I went back to the dealer and they reimbursed me some of the amount. They are trying to make consumers happy. The only complaint i have with the dealership is the sales person. I had to wait 3 hours to test drive a vehicle on a friday night and then another 3 hours on the saturday after. thats after finding the vehicle i was interested in did not go through inspections that ended up having some kind of fluid leak. I believe his name was Matt.

  I think the service department does a great job. Jordan and John are always so friendly and try their best to get you in asap, but sometimes it takes a long time to get an appointment.

  They obviously need to hire more technicians. Work completed okay. Took 7 days to get brakes repaired. I wish they would have honored the appointment I was given.

  Purchased a 2018 chevy trax my sales person Cody was very helpful and polite he had a very good attitude and was very helpful with getting me a good deal he got me into finance in a timely manner, Steve the finance guy was very knowledgeable and had me in and out in no time . I would recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone over all it was a very good experience thanks to Cody and Steve.

  I was a really good experience buying my new hyundai Bob Dean did a really nice job he explain everything really well!!! Everyone in the dealership was kind and made the process really smooth!! Highly recommend 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
