  I recently refinanced my house in Northridge. Jack and his amazing team made it super easy to complete the refinance process from A to Z. Even with this crazy uncertain times, they were able to lock me into a great low rate which was unbelievable. They were all readily available whenever I had a question, via email, text, or phone calls. I would definitely recommend the Huntington group for anyone who needs assistance with purchasing a new home, refinancing an existing home or anything else house related!!!   Jack is one of the most trustworthy agents I have met and had the pleasure of dealing with. Buying a new home is stressful, but Jack went above & beyond to give us the complete run down and what to expect. We saw dozens of houses before we fell in love with our current home. When the listing came up, Jack had it added to our go-see list immediately. His team also works around the clock to make sure all your paperwork in in order. Being in my mid-20’s I did not know what to expect, I contacted Jack prior to wanting to purchase a house to make sure I had all that was needed. He gave me a rundown of what to expect from the loan companies and what they will be asking for. No matter your age, Jack will get you on the right track so you don’t lose the house when you find the one! These Banks are killer when it comes to securing loans, especially with average credit, but Jack made it work and guaranteed securing our house. I have never seen His methods of offering on the house, but his long years of experience helped us secure the house in what could have been a very detrimental bidding war if we used someone else. Jack has helped other friends and family Members with refinances as well. We have met some greedy people in this industry, but Jack & his team are far from It. Do not have any worries when it comes to using Jack for your new life accomplishment. He will make the process a breeze for you like he did for us.

  Just got a re-finance done through Huntington Mortgage, specifically with Abdo. Working with him and his staff, he was pretty communicative and prompt with the whole process. The wife and I initially purchased a house with a FHA 3.75% loan and he was able to bump it down to 2.99% with a cash-out refi along with another series of financial questions. Given the crazy times both on the real estate market and the mortgage market, he's helped us saved a bunch of money and couldn't ask for anything else. Most likely going to keep using these guys for any of my future loan needs. Highly recommend using Abdo if you have the chance.

  Jack was so easy to work with. As first time buyers my boyfriend and I had many questions and Jack was never more than a text away with answers that made it easy to understand the process and what to expect next. He was pragmatic yet empathetic. He truly made us feel like he wanted the best home for us. Next time we’re looking to move or refinance, Jack’s the only person we’ll go with!

  This review is for Jack Holwahjian at the Huntington Group. We cannot recommend Jack more highly! He was able to quickly close and easily navigate the entire home-buying process for my wife and I. We closed escrow within two weeks of our offer acceptance and over the Thanksgiving holiday!   Worked closely with Abdo Pierre Fassal. Amazing realtor. Our homebuying journey took about a year and he patiently guided us through the market and in our own ups and downs. Very attentive to detail, professional, fun to work with, and knowledgeable about almost anything related to homebuying and lending. Great person to work with in the Los Angeles county market.   Let me start by saying Kal and his team are amazing! I was using another bank to process my mortgage and they unfortunately couldnt give me the down payment rate I wanted for a Conventional and my agent referred me to Kal. He was able to get me 3% down on a Conventional! The process was seamless and even though I was traveling he made sure I had all of the information live as things proceeded day by day. His ability to be available to answer calls at all times of the day and weekend helped as well. Much of the stacks of paperwork were also expedited with docusign which made life easier as well. I owe Kal and Huntington Mortgage big time and am now a first time home owner!
