  Tim the branch manager is such an amazing person. Every single time I call, I ask for Him because I know I'm in good hands. He helps me out with any issues and always finds a solution like it's his number one priority and makes me feel important, I really appreciate him and this company has always been good to me

  What should have been accomplished in one visit required two because the tellers were not trained to conduct the transaction needed. And not only was I inconvenienced, I was given incorrect information which resulted in a $4 fee! This is a poorly managed financial institution.

  Cant believe there is no ATM. You encourage every transaction be completed at one but you dont have one?? Makes sense.
