  I was ready to go forward with Quicken Loans for my mortgage, but I was referred to Cory and then I got in contact with him. Right from the start working with Cory and his office felt much more simple, with fewer steps on my and my husband's part, and more transparency all across. He was able to offer us a better rate than Quicken Loans when it came down us having an accepted offer, and I felt much more confident in working with Cory as an individual in smaller office rather than a large corporation. I knew virtually nothing going into the process and Cory explained all of the components of the closing costs and loan to me with patience in the phone (more than once). We would recommend him to anyone ready to take out a mortgage.

  Working with Cory made the whole home refinancing experience much less stressful. He is very straight forward, quick to respond if you have any questions at all and knows all the ins and outs in the industry. Cory ensured this process was simple, made financial sense, and that there was no difficulty for us.   Before I was put in contact with Cory I received 2 pre-approval rates from large banks. They felt impersonal, rushed, and bottom line just wanted my money. When I contacted Cory I knew he was the way to go for me. I was able to speak with Cory and his team regarding all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Cory made this process if I dare say it...easy! I would recommend Cory to anyone who wants a more personal experience when it comes to financing their home. He is the best in the business.

  Unfortunately Cory did just the bare minimum here, not a very personable experience. I never heard from him in the week before closing, at closing or since. No text, no email, no voicemail. No appreciation for our business. My suggestion would be to use a Credit Union or smaller brokerage with a solid reputation if you want it to be personable. In his defense, he processed the loan pretty efficiently, it was just a loanly process for us.
