  Got stuck in the drivethrough line which blocks the entrance, afterwards noticing a back way in. Long, extremely slow line inside. I was directed here by the E 185th branch since I needed a notary. After waiting 10-15 minutes in line, only one customer had been waited on. I then inadvertantly overheard they have a notary but weren't offering notary service until further notice because they were too busy.

  Poor customer service. there is one Bank employee with an attitude the same one every time. I don't have a account here, my Landlord do and it how he has the rent payment s set up. Cause of her I closed my account sometime ago. I guess since you work in this neighborhood you feel you can talk to us however you like.

  I have banked with this bank for many years…Lately when coming to this branch, I really dread coming because it takes FOREVER to get service in the drive through and inside… even when it’s not the first of the month. It seems as if they need more employees to help with the L-O-N-G wait. Hopefully they could fix this issue soon for their bankers because it very frustrating coming to this branch.

  Dawn helped me set up my account...she was patient and answered all my questions. It is so nice to move home and come back to a neighborhood bank after years of banking online! I've been back in to the bank twice since and everyone has been nice and friendly. They just really make you feel important.

  The new ATM machine at this location NEVER works. When you insert your card it tells you to remove your card. Then the prompt says "I didn't get that, please reinsert your card" and this continues over & over. Until I get frustrated & leave.

  Great branch! Great service, great Bankers, great location... The branch Manager Dawn Bizkik is consistent, informative, and always points her bank customers in the direction that is going to suite their financial needs best! Dawn strives for the customers best bank experience, and encourages the staff to be as such. Kelsi and Jerer are GREAT too, (my favorite) I totally recommend this branch.
