  Be careful!! They will disclose personal information to someone who isnt on your account. I've had nothing but problems with this bank.

  Tellers are always polite. They even remember me by name. I have never had a negative event with this bank. I would and do recommend this bank and I especially enjoy and compliment the Leon Sullivan Branch Tellers.

  I got there at 3:45, they close at 4... they didn't have enough cash to cash my check. Already counted out their drawers?

  No working ATMs in Charleston today. They don't care much about customer service.

  Had several problems with the online payment system so switched to the telephone payment system. Was because of a system error 2 payments came out at the worst possible time . Now I've been severely overdrawn for over a week because I never received the refunded amount.
