  Terrible service, they should visit the chase down the road in and out service with no issues. Here it's a problem to do a withdrawal from your own account.

  Kathy, personal banker was highly attentive and went above and beyond to help with my request. I'm really greatful. Customer service over the phone couldn't help, but the staff at this branch was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

  The tellers are friendly and informative. The personal bankers are helpful. They're not as pushy as other banks I've dealt with when trying to sell you things you don't need. I had an issue with my debit card pin number and they were prompt in helping me resolve it. Also, they have chocolate chip cookies and coffee! :-)

  This is a family oriented bank. The employees treat you like family. They are very helpful and polite to their customers.

  No Italian, polish, German, French, Japanese, Chinese speaking staff either. Guess one must learn to Speak English to communicate.
