      I visited a branch for a simple procedure of depositing cash and foreign exchange in my account. A two to three day process, took over 2.5 weeks, 5 phone calls between the branch and the 1-800 number, spoke to three reps, two supervisors to finally resolve the issue. Worst part NO communication or updates on the part of Huntington, terrible customer service. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I have never experienced such luck of training and knowledge of procedures other than a simple deposit.

      I have 2 business accounts with Huntington and I have been dealing with this branch for over 5 years and they have been good. Now they have a new manager, Christopher O. and customer service have gone to being absolutely terrible. This branch can't do any transaction more complex than a simple withdrawal or deposit. If you have a need for business banking don't do it here.

      The other branches in this area seem to do a very good job, This branch unfortunately seems to do a very poor job at anything outside of taking your money as a regular deposit. Anything else seems to be too complex for this location.

      What a fantastic bank!! I am continually impressed by the excellent customer service and professionalism of the entire staff at this particular branch. In my experience, I have always been greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door. The tellers are very friendly and efficient. The manager, Jeff, is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet and genuinely seems to care about his customers. Our banker, Mark, has always very helpful and responsive whenever we have had any questions. Both Jeff and Mark spent a lot of time with us to ensure we selected the best products for our needs personal and business needs. Jeff and Mark have called several times in the weeks and months after the accounts were created to check up on us and offer their assistance and advice. It has truly been a pleasure doing business with this branch.

      Wonderful service, found ourselves in a last minute crunch to have a document notarized before my daughter’s driving test. They were super kind and helpful and had us out of there in no time. Would recommend this branch to anybody!
