  The worst of the worst. Ive been a member since 2005 only to get the run around about withdrawing my own money EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whenever I come to this specific branch they never have enough 100 dollar bills to pay me with. Who wants to run around with $3000.00 worth of $20’s. They always find a way to give me the worst service ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone that is getting halfway decent service from any other bank to come here. This branch is giving Huntington Bank a really bad look. I will be sharing this information my blog. I am totally disappointed and over with this continued Bad Service at this Branch.

  I told Huntington no more automatic withdrawals from my bank. That I wanted the bills to be mailed to me. They ignored my request and withdrew two payments in this month and I am now overdrawn by over 345$. I live on 829 a month. I am 70 years old with a heart condition and arthritis. I am thinking about hiring an attorney. I Hate you Huntington.

  My boyfriend has had his account here at huntington for about 3 months now and has already had his debit account hacked. He was asked to fill out an affidavit at the bank and the guy helping us gave looks like we were lying about our 3 unauthorized transactions. Then we got a call a couple days later saying that those unauthorized transactions were valid. They did not even try to give us our money back and handled the situation very poorly. There was no proven evidence that said we made those transactions, which were made while we were both at work. We now have to fill out another case form and once we get our money back we will most definitely be changing banks. I no longer trust this bank with my hard earned money.

  Never had any major problems banking with Huntington. I have been a customer for 8 years.
