  Saw that many Huntington locations had pretty bad ratings so I went to this one that had better ratings and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient it was. No line, and was able to close my account without fuss and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  I really like TCF system. Very customer friendly but Kristina have out standing customer service, very friendly, helpful and always smile and serve.

  I was annoyed that I couldn't get my new card activated. Tried mobile app, atm, and customer service that said there was an hour hold time. Went into the bank and Nate got me all set up. His customer service was off the charts amazing. Thank you Nate !! Now I can keep track of my spending again.

  bill is one of the best people at the bank I ever met he was very friendly and very helpful great customer service really am impressed by it

  I will NEVER go back to the Riverdale Commons Location, this Northtown Location is now my Main Location (and it's close to both the Library, Walmart & Transit Center! They're so great at helping with the TCF-to-Huntington Transition, and with great customer service, the 4 stars is only because of the lines...they seem to be longer than TCFs lines were....IDK if that's permanent, or just cuz Thanksgiving & Bl*ck Friday are coming up? Probably just the holidays though, Post Office is jammed too this time of year.

  This is a good establishment but the problem is standing in line has increased. Overall great service.
