  Lobby still closed. Bank closes at 5pm where other banks stay open until 530-6. What about people who work until 5. Going to look at other banks now

  I've had a positive experience with Huntington in general. The cashiers have been a little slow at times but helpful.

  As an institution, I love Huntington, however I will not return to this location even though it is my local branch. I had the most mortifying experience with a teller over a misunderstanding (mine) over a check cashing policy. Rather than simply explain to me the details, she took it upon herself to chastise me loud enough for all to hear, and discussing some of my more sensitive personal information. She was condescending and gave me an ultimatum regarding whether or not I would be cashing my check at all. I was so embarrassed, and left as quick as I could before it occurred to me to get her name. Very disappointed, I've been coming here for many years, but because of this incident I don't care to risk running into this person ever again.

  Terrible customer service. I will be closing my account (that I have had for over 7 years) because no one seems to know how to do their job. Calling the 800 number is the biggest waste of time. They are all rude and confrontational. "Supervisor" Andy from the debit pin department was absolutely the worst customer service representative I have ever spoken with. I loved Huntington for all their policies but it's because of their employees that I am leaving the branch permanently.

  The manager, Heather (I believe her name is), is AWFUL! I had a dormant account fee of $5 a month being applied to my account because I thought it was applied after no transactions within a year and it was actually 6 months. She offered to refund HALF of the money and it was only $10! SO PETTY! Then she said, "you better make sure you make a transaction before the 14th because I don't want you in here complaining that another fee is taken out. I won't be reversing the next one." Poor, poor customer service and AWFUL attitude. She literally stated, "I think we are being generous refunding half". I will be removing my money and will never bank with Huntington again because of her.

  Great bank! Never have any problems. Tommy is friendly, never hesitates to help. Fast and convenient. Asterisk Free checking and premier saving accounts are great. No monthly fees. Can't beat it!

  Can't cash a cashier's check because they dont have enough money. What a joke.
