  So First Off This Is The Only Huntington Bank Lobby Open Out Of 5 In The Area , I Go In To Get A Print Out Of My Bank Statement And I Was Given Such An Issue And Ask For A Piece Of Mail To Prove My Residence And ETC.. Even Tho They Had My ID Then There’s 17 Of Us In Like And 8 Workers In There And Yet Waited 30 Minutes Again In Line While They Sat And Talked And Ignore Us All And They Had 2 Desk Open And One Refused To Take Customers The Other Did But Would Pause Between Each One This Bank Is Highly Unprofessional In Everyway And The Slowest Bank Around I Do Not Recommend This Bank And Will Never Come Here Again I Almost Closed My Account Out Due To The Lack Of Professionalism In This Branch !!

  This bank is by far the slowest I've seen. 21 minutes after sending to the teller before cashing a check was even addressed. Understood when the TCF takeover happened but this is insanity.

  Walked into the bank on Friday at 4:30pm they close at 6pm. Being from Florida and my credit union is only in Florida I wanted to open 2 accounts in Warren, Ohio and had 2 checks for $17,000 and was told well we close at 6pm and won't have time to open a account. I know I opened 3 accounts at my credit union in 30 mins. Plus NO bank here offers Saturday hours as my credit union does. So, im trying to figure out how a bank who operates on $$ doesn't have time to take a new customer and $17,000 and im waiting on a $1.5 million settlement which you now will miss out on as well.

  Great bank, I have never had them be rude to me. They just recently got a brand new atm that is entirely touch screen and can give exact cash. I have had a few bank errors but that can happen at any bank. I like huntington because they have good hours and they have many locations especially in this area.

  Most inconvenient atm and bank tellers are awesome but for the atm service is terrible.

  Sucks atm restarted ate my card had to sit and wait will the atm turned back on so it would spit my card out yet it still shredded it

  Persistent pushing of credit card sales via drive thru. Exactly what I go to the bank for.
