  Had the pleasure of applying and securing a auto loan through 717. we were assigned Jessica W. asthe loan originator In the Boardman Ohio branch. Her approach was seamless, confident and thorough. She was a pleasure to work with and functions as an extremely high professional level. Made the process enjoyable and secure. I would recommend highly 717 and Jessica for any type of auto/banking needs.

  The loan originator, Sherri, was excellent. Nicole in processing was hard to get in touch with. Debbie, the closer, was good, but seemed frustrated by not having the docs prior to our arrival to review. Just a note, shortly after this was posted, the Director of Loan Processng contacted me to discuss my issues (which really were not that big). Way to be pro-active, 717!! :)

  I typically call this branch the most and every experience has been a delight. I have used this bank for over 10 years and will continue to do so. I spoke with a very knowledgeable and professional loan advisor who not only helped me with an inquiry but ended up saving me on another loan I currently had with another institution. I am glad to be a member of seven seventeen credit union.

  My refinancing went extremely smooth. All options were explained and folloe up with me was exceptional by all members of 717 that I dealt with. As a result, all of my loans amhwve moved to 717. Thank you so much Larchmont Branch!
