  Is it normal for you guys to hire people that treat customers in such a poor way? The Garrettsville, Ohio branch has severely gone down hill. It seems to always have new people and this round has been anything but customer oriented. They are slow, unprofessional and rude. They are not sanitizing between customers nor do they care about how they speak or treat the customers and they are constantly messing up. Everyone I know that banks there has had to go back more than once due to not getting the correct cash just as I have. Is this how all your branches are? I would hope Huntington can find better people than this or they just don’t care to look very hard. That place is just an unhealthy atmosphere and I hope someone steps in to fix it.

  Worse Bank manager and staff around. She doesn't know her job. Also treats customers like we dont know anything. She has a teller just like her. They need trained. I called corporate so they can get these people under control at this branch.

  Bless the hearts of the ladies that have worked here for 30years, they are very nice but EXTREMELY slow. Honestly, drop off one of your friends at this bank, then drive to Streetsboro Huntington bank, by the time you get done in Streetsboro and your already back to pick your friend up he will still be waiting for these ladies!!!!! Horrible place... Don’t get me started on Dairy Queen…

  Love the customer service here! The ladies know everyone’s name and the atmosphere is inviting! Never had a bad experience and they always are looking out for my needs.

  ATM took card because of the fancy green thing on there. Went to the door and they were still in the office (it was 5:30) and a gentleman wouldn't help me because his keys were locked up. Awful customer service!

  Worse service ever.. Incompetent staff..Have banked with Huntington for 30 years and have never received as poor a service as I have at this branch.
