  I absolutely love Huntington Bank! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the 24 hour grace on accidently going into a negative balance, plus they make every effort to let you know so you don't have to pay an overdraft charge. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never had an issue. I can't day the same for US Bank. I had been a customer for over 20 years and had quite a few issues with them. I guess my only problem with them is that since i moved, I no longer have a location nearby. It would be great if they put one in Campbell County.. A great location would be around Newport Pavillion or The Newport Shopping Center, because they have that new Newport Gaming spot. The places I mentioned are very high traffic areas. Huntington, please consider it. ♡

  Always a great experience, however as I’ve been sitting in line for 15 minutes now highly upset, they should have more than one teller. There is 8 other cars besides me. Get it together!

  This branch messed up an image of a large check 8 weeks ago and they still can’t seem to fix the problem. There isn’t ever anyone there that can help you if there is a problem.

  Everytime I come to this branch to pay a bill, either one of the tellers looks at me like I'm crazy with the question "A bill? What kind of bill?" And proceeds to act like they have never served someone who's come in to pay a bill before. Shaking their heads constantly like I'm a burden. This is one of the five branches in the area I use and I have never been treated like this. This is the 4th time this has happened which resulted in this review. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Bank staff is always very friendly and helpful. Has a convenient ATM. There always seems to be enough tellers to accommodate customers quickly.

  My account is currently overdrawn...and I still love this bank. The customer service is awesome and the people even more so. They never forget the sucker for my little girl either!
