Dan Bettis3No ATM, the app says there is one. The signage indicates there is an ATM. Yet there is no ATM. Update: The ATM in in the middle of the parking lot along Siebenthaler.

William Gamble1I had 2 other forms of identification along with my state ID and I wasn't able to cash a check specifically for Huntington. I had my birth certificate and a visa debit card saying that it was me but both of the workers don't want to do anything and denied all the identifications approved by the government for any transaction

leah scott1This bank is a joke! I went to deposit money and it was put into the wrong account! Did a dispute after it took 2 days for them to find the deposit. They deposited the money back and then more money from my business was deposited the same day... just to look at the online banking site the night and my account was overdrawn! So now the money I need to use for my business is gone! I called customer service and they were no freaking help, nonchalantly and condensing, barely help! Talking about making a dispute, I don’t gave time to wait on a dispute!!!! I’m done with Huntington Bank is trash and big joke of a bank playing with peoples money... I’m DONE!

Rod M1Please don't bank here. They do not know what they are doing. The manager at the bank tells the other people to treat certain customers a certain way based on personal opinions. The corporate offices tell you one thing and the people at the bank does another. At the end of the day, the machine took care of my needs without any problems. That let's me know that the manager at the bank treated me and my staff poorly for no reason. Maybe they will treat you better, but bank at your own risk..

Kenton B. Curtis, Jr.1Went to hungtington today for a simple address change transaction, as I am moving. I was told by the teller that they would need a utility bill prior to changing my address. (Excuse me, I don’t have one of those yet!) However, if I called customer service or go online, I wouldn’t have to provide anything. This makes no sense to me. Is standard different throughout the Huntington organization? Upset that I had to choose another channel, I called customer service and asked about the address change rule, and was informed that the teller sounded like she just didn’t want to change my addess, and that such protocol doesn’t exist! The representative graciously fulfilled my request and provided excellent customer service. As it relates to the new branch on Siebenthaler Avenue, I understand why it’s alwsys empty. It will remain that way as long as they’re providing poor customer service. I was seconds away from cancelling both my account, and moving my funds to my other banking institution.
