  Huntington branxh in Union Illinois has been extremely unprofessional. They will start accounts without explanation of Fees’s and other services. They can even close your accounts for absolutely no reason. The Union Branch is a Branch that has been unprofessional and will talk about their customers behind there backs in front of other customers. The McHenry bank though is extremely nice and polite. If you wish to bank at huntington , I would avoid the Union Branch has in Union Illinois at all costs. McHenry is very nice and polite. The Union Illinois branch will not explain fees and again would talk about customers to other customers behind their backs making them extremely unprofessional. Several people have complained ...

  I would never recommend this bank. There are several reasons why. First off they want your money and will tell you all the “Great Rates” on CDs and other accounts yet they fail to disclose that what happens if you have to early remove some or all. They also find time to criticize people. I’ve talked to the head banker in Union and I was sitting in his office when someone came in and he talked poorly about this person. He broke several rules like trying to sell real estate from the office and then lying about everything. When we walked away from the sale the head banker lied about loosing is clients and we had seen he had lowered the home several thousands of dollars. He shows up at your doorstep asking to refinance your home even wanting to buy our my vehicle for half the price and it was brand new. I would never ever bank at Huntington. He has been reported and instead of keeping his mouth shut he says wou is me I got untroubled. I’ve never seen a bank so unprofessional in my entire life. They will get you in and keep your money without explaining anything at all. I am not the kind of person who complains but this branch especially in Union Illinois is definitely NOT a branch I would ever do business with. I’m taking my money elsewhere this week. I highly recommend Bank of America, Citi bank, First National bank of Illinois, capital one. All these branches explain in detail the fees and interest to you before you sign something and my husband is totally blind so it’s not that we can read this. We count on honest bankers and they DEFINITELY are Not!!!!

  I was Rong for opening my moth about something that I don't know the rules about. I made a personal judgment after being treated so kind and professional by the staff at the Huntington Bank in Union Illinois. I did them wrong two times.The first time wus about how I thought the PPP loan was supposed to be approved. Thay went out of there way to help me and I didn't realize it I thought I was being treated unfair I was wrong they helped me tremendously.Now I was rong agen when someone stole money from me.I wuse Rong agen.Thay were right at my side the whole time and I was made at them for helping because I didn't know what thay were doing behind the scenes.And I won't everyone to know if you're not a banker do not judge what they are doing or you could do what I did judge someone for going out of their way and helping you even though I was accusing them of not doing nothing. They still proceeded to help me. you will not find that type of service nowhere else. They did not judge me for being wrong they continue to help me even though I treated them with disrespect and I truly apologize.You will not find a better group of people in the banking industry. Thank you.
