  Michele Corwin is AMAZING! I am a young entrepreneur, just starting my own business. I’ll be honest, I was very blind to the many financial aspects of opening your own business as a sole proprietor. Michele was very patient with me, helped me navigate through all of the information, and explained things in a way that I could understand them. She truly walked me through the process, step by step. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Michele. You won’t be disappointed. She took the time to ask great questions in order to get to know me in terms of my current financial situation, financial goals, and potential obstacles that may arise in the future.   The lady (customer service manager) dont know her name. She was very discriminating. Assuming the checks I deposited was fraudulent. It was a pretty large check. According to the app., it was cleared but she put a hold on it and took off from the balance assumed it wasnt real. Never ever going back to that location and also thinking about bringing my business elsewhere . I have personal and business account with them recently opened, but very very disappointed at her customer service ability. I was never embarrassed and felt discriminated like that at the bank with my own money. She also told back office to keep an eye on that check and account. I will take my business elsewhere thanks to her. If you are not dressed properly, are not white, or look like you aren't rich, dont go to this branch. Ps. I got money, business and dont deserve to be treated like a criminal.

  Cuatomer service manager, thx to her, she just lost herself a customer. Fun thing is I've told her I'm closing my account due to her unprofessionalism and she smiled and says , thank you have a nice day. I was never embarrassed and discriminated like that my entire life. Thanks for teaching me NOT to trust small banks like you.

  This Huntington is over paranoid sometimes it takes them over a week to cash a check. It's severely sick that they are doing that during the virus time. They don't care about any of their customers at this time I believe they are holding back on checks because they are low on cash.

  Very helpful and supportive in understanding the best ways to rebuild credit. Also very supportive in working with small business. I've moved from Fishers to the northwest side, and this bank is now one of the furthest from me, yet I still bank here face to face.

  Have had to place a few wires (domestic) at this branch. Honestly feel as though it's an imposition for them. That despite being charged 25.00 for the wire. One of the wires that was delayed so I called to speak the individual that set up the wire. Again, the feeling it was an imposition at their end was palpable. Disappointed but will just take my business to the home branch I use.

  The Drive through is painfully slow. I waited in line 30 minutes. If you are going to shut the lobby, please have more people working the drive through more efficiently.

  I have been using this Branch for 5 years now. Everyone is very helpful and efficient when I come in there once a week to make deposits.

  Only branch close that won't cash a Huntington check to someone out of state who has no money to get home. Very cold hearted management since the check was from his bank!!.

  Has to be one of the friendliest banks in Fishers. They work hard to know everyone by name and care for their customers.
