  Mitch Tanis is great to work with, and the rest of the staff are also polite and professional. I've banked with them for years and love their online portal called "The Hub"!

  Never had an issue with them. I’ve been banking there for over 4years. They’re wonderful and very professional. Very few banks Branches I’d say this about!

  I went into the bank with a larger amount of cash. Both bank tellers commented on how much money I had and then proceeded to ask me how long it took me to make. The teller then had the audacity to ask me how much money I have in my OTHER bank accounts. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this bank to ANYONE

  Tried to cash a check written from one of their accounts. They wouldn't cash it because I didn't have two forms of ID on me, and were quite rude about it. Their list of "acceptable ID" is ridiculous.

  Just tried to cash a check written off their bank. Since it was a counter check they wouldn't. Then why do they even issue them. Glad i dont bank there. Anywhere else i have been has no issue.
