  I came and tried to have my check cashed and the teller lied and said she couldn’t help me so she could go home. I tried to ask a question, and they completely ignored me at the door. I can’t believe this is the standard for customer service at this location. Update: Because the teller didn’t want to cash my check, she suggested I use the mobile app which would make a portion of the funds available. For whatever reason, there was an error with the app and depositing the check in the atm caused a duplicate transaction, resulting in a hold on my account. I called customer service and they informed me I could go in and ask to withdraw the money from my savings account until the issue was resolved. I’m pretty sure they must have heard about my complaint because when I arrived, the same two bankers were present and very stoic. I explained how her wrong information resulted in many inconveniences and I was still denied service. I was upset when I heard on the phone that she would have to ask the manager for permission to release the funds, but she never even moved from the desk and just decided, again, that she couldn’t help me. After wasting about an hour here, I drove across town to another branch, explained the exact same information and was able to make the withdrawal with no problem. Needless to say, I probably won’t be returning to this branch even though it’s the closest location to my house.

  The five stars are for the dedicated male teller. He always provides the best service. If I were a headhunter looking for a bank employee I would offer him a job on the spot.

  Called was told a notary was available .. went and was told manager went on lunch to come back from 330-4 no problem .. came back stood in line for 5 min to be called out while in line and told they had “wires” just walk in and so we had to wait another 20 min .. absolutely ridiculous way to many banks out here to treat customers this way will be closing accounts

  I’m have very bad social anxiety and the employees and the manager Jeremy absolutely amazing never felt more at ease in a public surrounding and I was IN and OUT in under 30 minutes I’m really proud to have Huntington as my bank

  I went to dispute some fraudulent charges on my account and Huntington at this location were not helpful or knowledgeable. Another time I received a fake check which I did not know so I cashed it and a week later after i had spent most of the money on a home office the check bounced. When I went to the branch to speak with them an older tall man with grey pepper hair said that he thought the check was fake initially. If he thought the check was fake initially why not stop it right away!! Huntington bank are thieves and crooks.

  Greatest customer service probably ever. Jeff knows almost every customer by name. All the bankers are so helpful and bust a move to make your visit quick and efficient. Though they're not shoo-ing you out the door if you're wanting to have a chat about anything--banking, weather, events around town, weekend plans, trips, etc. I'm not a finance major, but I recommend this bank specifically to anyone looking for a new bank because of the awesome hardworking people behind the counters here.

  Jeff does know everyone by name. Prompt service here and Jeff does know everyone by name. He really cares about his customers!Jeff is the reason I kept coming back to this bank even when it changed and was bought out by Huntington! Love Jeff!!

  Excellent customer Service, best I have ever experienced from a bank, way better then the number on the back of my debit card. Any time I have received a mix up over a charge they have taken care of it, the Manager is excellent and recognizes customers by name. I highly recommend this location.

  Beware! Bank drive-thru faulty. Bank lost my ID due to faulty equipment. DO NOT USE DRIVE-THRU! Huntington bank- Services your lines!

  This is the best bank in Ypsilanti we have a business account and personal account with them they treat customers like family Jeff is amazing and so is Linda
