  Though it's a bank and I usually don't review banks, it's worth the time to mention that the customer service here has always been top notch. The people are always very courteous, even considering these extremely difficult times. Colin is one name I have come to know over the last few years, and he is a great example of the excellent customer service.

  My family has been coming to this branch for a couple years for personal and business matters. Service has always been excellent, especially from Colin. He is quick, smart and always gets the job done. Very reliable and personable.

  I had a problem with a Loan Account with Huntington. The Car Dealership sent the check to them since November of 2017 to payoff a portion of my car loan. Until January of 2018, no transaction established. I asked a proof of check invoice from the dealership so that I could show it to the bank, thinking they could help me. When I came in there, The Relationship Manager didn't make much of an effort to help me. I showed the copy to her and she said that a lot of details are missing in there, more likely they didn't do anything with the check. Looking on the copy, everything is detailed. I asked her to probably call the Loan Department, but she just gave me a number and told me to go to the dealership again. Not helpful. Probably because I am asian. Huntington Financing is Horrible. Not going back to this branch.
