      ATM took my deposit and crashed. Customer service is completely automated and a hassle to deal with. Took me 10 minutes to get my card out of the machine after it crashed. If I don't get this resolved soon I may switch banks.

      Good bank really nice people. Their ATM should go to a scap yard. It ate my card once and what I have heard a few others as well. other than that no complaints.

      Very disappointed with Huntington Bank. The staff at the local branch have been very nice to deal with. But communication between the branch and departments from the main office is very poor.
