  Called this branch last week and asked if I could come in and have a letter printed up that my wife and I are on the same account (immigration purposes), I spoke to a lady, she said they don't do that, then she asked the other two girls if they got such a call and one of them is a liar, because they both said they never got such a phone call, I have the number on my phone where I made the call. I hope someone gets in trouble for this

  BEWARE! They won’t recognize your power of attorney and will lock your loved ones accounts! Get your loved one’s to withdraw ALL funds before they are incapable of doing so themselves. If not, you’ll need a lawyer to get them to give you control of $ you have every legal right to!
