      Absolutely horrible place to attempt to do business. Staff cannot explain funds availability policy (quote: "all depends on what the back office does"). Unable to to cash my check (I am a client with more than enough in deposited funds to cover the hold) because "well, you know, we don't keep a million dollars in the vault" . Unable to close my accounts for the same reason - they didn't have enough cash to cover it. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle and the aggravation of trying to do business here. Also said they have a pregnancy leave coming quickly so we can expect service to get worse. Wow.

      Do not finance your car here. They will not take the payoff from a car dealer if you trade it in they will make you come in person to pay it off. You can sign all the documents to authorize a payoff, but they will not accept the documents. Eric at this branch is worthless
