      I've never once had a problem with the staff here. Always pleasant and nice. However I only need to go in occasionally. I mostly use the ATM. Problem is Their drive up ATM seems to be consistently not working. The next closest I can find is 30 miles away. This is silly for a bank to not have a working ATM

      Visiting the bank can actually be enjoyable!! The bank tellers are ALL very friendly! A special THANK YOU to new Bank Manager Todd Galusha!! He walked me through an issue on my account and spent countless hours helping me resolve the issue! I’m very appreciative of Chase Bank in Wintersville!! Thank you to ALL!!

      Tellers are friendly, but ATM is consistently down! The next closest Chase is 35 mins away. Ready to switch banks because this has gotten ridiculous.

      I just moved back to the area and I am extremely disappointed. I've been a customer with chase for years and now there is only one branch in the area. It just makes no sense. Half the time the ATM is out of service and the workers in the branch are unreliable. I went in to talk to someone about my savings account and they were too busy and we're supposed to call me back..well they never did and when I went back And ask about it I was given an excuse with no apology offered. I'm going to close my account and find a bank that has more locations In this dead area.

      All of the employees of this branch are out standing, and every time I go to this branch I have a excellent experience, I'm not client of this bank, but I use them to cash my payroll check, and have never had a issue, I do pay a fee for not being a customer, but it's worth it, for the service and exceptional experience, keep up the good work everyone. Your doing a great job

      This is the worst bank in the area. Never answer a call or return a call. The only good thing about chase bank in Wintersville ohio are the tellers. Everyone else seems to be completely incompetent. I 've made appointments and had to wait for over an hour . And hour passed my appointment time. Someone at the head office should look into these people. I'm seriously considering changing banks. Maybe if enough people did that, they'd get a clue.

      They closed the Steubenville branch and drive thru. So now all the downtown customers that dont drive are forced to find a way to get to wintersville and when you call the wintersville branch they dont even have a person to answer the phone a recording gives you an 800 number to call Chase dont care about its customers all they care about is themselves. When I call my local bank I want to talk to my local banker not some recorded message directing me to an 800 number to talk to someone in a different state that doesn't know me. What ever happen to being personal with your customers.

      There is a reason they offer money to people to start an account, it because they can't keep customers. They will not answer the phone at any time of the day, you just get a recording that says call back, which they will not answer. I have been with them for 10yrs and they still don't help anyone out. Hidden fees, yes they will pay you money to open an account but they also will get it right back off of you... I have been one with security breaches one there end. Bottom line. Save your money yourself

      Our checking account was hit by fraud. Dawn was excellent in getting everything switched around, and gave us a great deal of correct information that the toll free customer service were not able to do properly. Thanks, Dawn for the outstanding service

      Chase offers good services WHEN you can reach them - They don't bother w an answerer via phone. I have questions that I don't need to go in for. They just have a voice message that says to call back.
