  I recently did my 3rd or 4th transaction with Jeff and the Gilmore team. This one was definitely the most adventurous. I have multiple people in my family who have been in the real estate business for decades, so I’ve seen the good and bad when it comes to mortgage lending. For my most recent investment purchase, I initially went with another mortgage firm as I was trying to help a friend new to the business. I needed to close on this property very quickly because an estate auction was looming. After going through weeks and weeks with the other firm dealing with complication after complication and spending multiple hours per day on the phone and email trying to get everything lined up, my stress level was at an all time high. I finally decided to call Jeff. I started off that call with ‘You have no much how much I appreciate you and your team’. Out of all the transactions I’ve done with the Gilmore Team, I cannot recall even one misstep, one delay, one issue. But I had a daunting ask of Jeff and team. I need to close on this property in the next 2 weeks or we are going to lose it. Jeff couldn’t guarantee it, but said that he and his team would do everything in their power to expedite the process. And, did they ever! Within 15 min of my initial call late on a Friday afternoon, Jeff rallied the Gilmore team to give them a summary of what I needed and by when. I was getting calls and emails on that night and throughout the weekend from the team who were obviously working overtime to ensure we got this over the finish line in time. Every time I called or emailed with a question, I got an immediate answer. Ask yourself if your previous lending experiences gave you that level of customer service. They walked me through the process in a professional and consistent manner and never missed a beat. To my surprise, they actually got everything together and through underwriting before the attorney even thought it was possible. I knew I made the right decision on going with the Gilmore team when the attorney said ‘Oh, you switched to Jeff Gilmore’s team at Fairway, those guys are good! We like working with them’. At the end of the day, they were able to help me close on the property days before the estate sale happened and got me a better rate to boot! And I have no doubt that if not for them, I would have lost that property. I honestly cannot thank them enough. If 6 stars were possible, this team would deserve it!
