  I have dealt with Jeff Gilmore for the past 4 years and he has help on two separate transactions. Jeff and his team were great to work from the start. Jeff is reliable as he calls you when he tells you that he will call, he responds to e-mails in a very timely manner and is quick to lay out your options and any roadblocks he anticipates you may encounter. He does his best to help keep you within your budget. A very nice option is that when selecting a plan he sends a spreadsheet with all of your options. We discusses each with a voice-over which clarifies the amount due at closing, monthly payments, PMI, current rates, etc. A very nice feature. Easy to rate them 5 stars. A great teams. Thanks Jeff.

  Fairway is very willing to help you understand what you are doing. I was a first time home buyer and felt very educated along the way. They were more than willing to help you and walk you through what you are doing as well as what the documents are for. I was able to call and felt like my voice was heard at all times. I would highly recommend Fairway.

  I have work with the Gilmore team on my last two home purchases from 2009 / 2014 and must say they are on top of their game. The process of both transaction were easy and seamless.   Terry Whitesell and his team were fantastic. I was qualified and approved in less than 2 weeks. My paperwork was clear and organized. My closing was a 2 month closing but I could have closed in a month. Terry was patient, helpful, knowledgable and I can't thank him enough. Home buying is not easy but Terry and his team made it easy. I highly recommend he and his team, they are the best. Thanks to him and his team I am in my own home!

  If you want honest straight forward service then Fairway is your only choice. No other company stacks up. So if you go somewhere else and something just doesn't feel right. You will be thinking of this post.

  Jeff Gilmore and his team is awesome. We have had them do multiple mortgages for us in the past and also mortgages for our rental properties. Their team goes above & beyond and always exceeds our expectations every time. I have referred them to a bunch of my friends and they all have came away with nothing but great experiences.   Karl was awesome! He really was cheering us on as we moved into our beautiful home. There were some hiccups as to be expected but were resolved quickly. Karl was on top of things and always reached out to us to make sure we knew what we needed. Thank you! Great experience!
