  Fatima was INCREDIBLE to work with. Between letting me know when and what I was signing to making the process of getting approved for a Loan a breeze. As a first time home buyer, I could not recommend her enough for her charismatic attitude and eagerness to help my growing family!!! She is so knowledgeable for first time home loans and was able to lock us in on such a great interest rate. Truly an amazing person to be around and made buying a house seem easy, which in todays day isn’t always the case. She cuts it to you straight and explains every process/cost. Thank you Fatima and the team for getting my family and I in our first home 💗

  I can’t say enough great things about working with Fatima Naylor and the team at Humboldt Mortgage on my recent refi… THE BEST experience! I’m normally super intimidated by things like this but after reaching out to Fatima on Instagram and explaining what I was looking to accomplish and what I didn’t want to do, she took the reins and expertly guided me through the whole process with zero complaints. She gets IT and she truly treats her clients with the respect and understanding we all deserve when dealing with the “hard things” like “numbers and math”. I would tell all of my friends and family to “go talk to Fatima” for all their mortgage company needs. A++ service with that Humboldt hometown feeling

  I can’t say enough great things about Humboldt Mortgage company and our agent Fatima. She took over our loan while we were halfway through with a loan from an agent with different company. Our previous agent was confusing and made us feel constantly stressed out. But then when we switched to Fatima, she made everything so easy to understand and took a ton of stress off our shoulders. She walked us step by step through everything, responded to every email within minutes and answered all our phone calls. Humboldt mortgage got everything done very timely and efficiently. 10/10 recommend her if you’re looking to buy a home in humboldt.

  This is a HUGE shout out to Fatima Naylor at Humboldt Mortgage group! Fatima just helped me with financing a new house, and made the borrowing process ridiculously easy from the early "what do I qualify for" discussions to closing. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and able to lock in a low rate for me as they were climbing fast! She did an incredible job of explaining my short and long term options and everything in between. Fatima is 5 Star - an amazing person and a total professional, Humboldt County is lucky to have her! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone interested in home financing.
