  I've banked here for the last 8 years and only have good things to say. The tellers are always very helpful and friendly, and the management actively helps customers with their accounts to get the best interest rates.

  I went to HVFCU in Montgomery this am to open an account. I was told that I needed to make an appointment even though it is 8:30a with 1 other customer in the bank. What a joke. If you don’t want people to open accounts at your bank, then continue to NOT go above and beyond to service a new customer. Well done!!

  We apologize that we were not able to open your account without an appointment, Chris. Due to the pandemic, we are not taking walk-ins into our branch lobbies. However, that is changing on Monday, June 29th when all of our branch lobbies open back up for full service. At that time we will be assisting individuals with our without appointments.

  Have been trying to get in contact with Kathy Benz. Left several messages and keep either getting sent to voicemail free 1 ring or hung up. Terrible service. Will be going somewhere else for our mortgage

  I called 9:05 this morning to request a call back, or an appointment...as of now, 3:49pm, I have heard nothing back...

  It was not obvious how to get to a real live person. I waited several minutes before I hung up waiting for someone in mortgages.
